With almost 8 years of teaching experience, I have developed a deep passion for education and a strong ability to connect with students. My background includes a diverse range of subjects and grade levels, where I've honed my skills in curriculum development, classroom management, and student engagement. In years 4-7, I was honored as Teacher of the Year and advanced to a team lead position. I also contributed to building the school manual, led team training sessions, helped create academic success programs and served on the accreditation team.
I have owned my own business as a makeup artist for 5 years including hosting classes to help upcoming makeup enthusiasts. I've developed a love for customer service through interactions with parents, students, and clients. Having also volunteered in the media department as a sound engineer assistant at a local church when I thought I wanted to be a sound engineer, showcasing my diverse interests and commitment to community involvement. Currently, I am the art school's office assistant while pursuing another degree with a 3.57 GPA.
